International Racing Pigeon Loft of Wuhan Racing Pigeon Association Regulation of the First Race of One Loft Race in Wuhan (International) in 2013 Total prize money is about RMB 760 millions (including groups).No matter how many pigeons there are, the prize will be paid by this regulation.
Key regulation and loft promise: -----Members of our loft mustn’t take part in the competition in any way. We do not accept unspoken loft regulation and will strictly obey this regulation. Please support, understand and supervise. -----Any pigeon fans can come to our loft to watch the feeding and training work. We will offer the free light meal. -----Strictly following the regulation that per 6 pigeon occupies one square established by Chinese Racing Pigeon Association, we loft will offer one square for at most 5 pigeons except drying cage. -----The pigeon fan whose pigeon become the first 500 in the final will be rewarded RMB10, 000. -----In the team event, if each group has two pigeons entering the first 500 in the final, the owner will be rewarded RMB10, 000. -----We first have the VIP team event, also have VIP team award. It doesn’t need extra charge. -----The pigeons whose owner doesn’t pay for the charge will be dealt as abstention, shearing ring orquitting. -----The Mulan 3Rounds Pigeon King Challenge. Total prize money is RMB 1,100,000. No matter how many pigeons there are, the prize will be paid by this regulation.

Ⅰ.Participation Qualifications 1. All domestic and foreign pigeon fans recognizing the Rules can register and participate in the race. All the applicants’ real name will be published online (pigeonry and the applicants’ real name). 2. All racing pigeons must be healthy ones at an age between 25 days to 60 days. Any racing pigeon must wear an official foot ring of 2013 recognized by a national or regional pigeon organization. Any pigeon from a place having an epidemic situation is not acceptable. 3. All racing pigeons must be vaccinated by our center and if you have vaccinated your pigeon, please note it in delivering the pigeon. 4. After any pigeon fan delivers his or her racing pigeon to our center, the Rules will be construed as a contract between both parties which takes effect instantly and both parties must abide by the terms in the contract.
Ⅱ. Events, Distances, Venues and Time 1. This race includes the 1st round , the 2nd round, the 3rd round, the Team, the VIP team event, and the Mulan 3-Rounds Pigeon King Challenge. 2. The 1st round: distance: 250-280 km; release venue: Henan; time: late October, 2013. 3. The 2nd round: distance: 450-480km; release venue: Henan; time: early November, 2013. 4. The 3rd round: distance: 510-530km; release venue: Henan; time: mid November,2013. 5. Team: Any owner having 6 racing pigeons as a group contestant is qualified for the team event, and if beyond 6, more groups will be set in accordance with the multiples of 6, and the groups will be numbered as A, B, C,...,the rest can be done in the same manner. After 60km release for training, participants should fix the foot ring numbers of the pigeons participating the Team, and inform us by fax in 7 days. Note that informing us by phone will not be acceptable. If you exceed the time limit, then it will be subject to the automatic grouping of the computer. The team winner will go to the owner having the most pigeons, more than two, among the top 500 winning pigeons of the 3rd round, and if any two owners winning pigeon numbers are the same, the higher the total score in the 3rd round is, the higher the rank will be. The owner having more than two pigeons, including two pigeons, will win and will be rewarded RMB10, 000. 6. The VIP team event: the VIP team from domestic or foreign area pigeon institutions, pigeon clubs and enterprise and public institutions only which delivers over 200 racing pigeo (every racing pigeon has no duplicate registration) can take part in the race as a VIP team contestant ( pigeon clubs or institutions from Wuhan districts are allowed to participate as a VIP team contestant) without extra charge. Prize only delivers to VIP team contestant. Every VIP team will be taken as one contestant. The contestant list will be showed on the internet after all pigeons delivering. The ranking will accord with the total score which is from the scores of the first five racing pigeons in the 1st round plus the scores of the first five racing pigeons in the 2nd round in descending order. There must be at least 5 constant teams, and every five constant teams will add with one more prize place. The prize money is 10,000 RMB. 7.The Mulan 3Rounds Pigeon King Challenge (the 1st round, the 2nd round, the Challenge): every pigeon should pay 3,000 RMB as entry fee. The number of racing pigeons is only 500. Registration (the first registration) starts from today until the day which is seven days after the 60km release for taming. The owner should check the ring number and fax to us (informing us by phone will not be acceptable), and the entry fee should be paid at the same time. After the 160km release for taming, the second registration will start in the way of real name registration by the third party and the entry fee should be paid when the ring number is checked. If any racing pigeon is lost before the 1st round race, we will return the entry fee to its owner.Pigeons which is in the first 500 places (including the 500th) of the ranking in the 2nd round can take part in the Challenge voluntarily. Owners of pigeons should fax the ring number to us (informing us by phone will not be acceptable) when the racing pigeon applies for quit, but the entry fee will not be returned; pigeons without application for quit will be regarded as application for attending (ring number will be checked). If pigeon doesn’t fly back in the Challenge, we will deduct 40% of the starting price. The final score is the sum of the three rounds scores, and the ranking is in descending order. In the situation of same final score, the ranking will be higher when the Challenge round score is higher. The prize money is 1,100,000 RMB. The prize will be awarded no matter the number of racing pigeons. Note: Time will be postponed or reselected, when weather isn’t suitable. Please pay attention to the website or phone us to get information. Ⅲ. Registration Formalities 1. Entry fee is RMB 1300 for each; training and feeding management fee is RMB 200 for each. It must be paid in reserving and it will not be returned. Before July 30, 2013, if any racing pigeon is lost or dead, we will inform its owner in time of delivering another again and we will not assume any responsibility. 2. Pigeon delivery time: from March 1, 2013 to July 15, 2013 3. After 60km release for training, participants should pay for all the pigeons within 7 days in accordance with the loft check list, and shall pay off all entry fees for all of his or her racing pigeons to be qualified for the race; if any owner fails to pay the entry fee within the time limit after the loft check, they will be construed as waiver and our center has a right for any kinds of disposal. The racing pigeons will be dealt as abstention,shearing ring or quitting. 4. After 60km release for training, the deputation from prison game unit, administrative unit, other racing pigeon associations’ judges and pigeon fans representatives will go to the loft to supervise the feeding, training and competition. The deputation will choose the black point and seal the computer. The loft will offer free meal, accommodation and monthly allowance for the deputation. 5. After 60km release for training, racing pigeons will have normal training in order to stay in peak condition. During this time, if any racing pigeon is lost, the entry fee will not be returned. 6. Pigeon delivery place: International Racing Pigeon Loft of Wuhan Racing Pigeon Association, Taogang Village, Huangpi District, Wuhan, Hubei.Or Loft Town Office, Opposite the Stadium Gate 5, Xinhua Road, Wuhan, Hubei. 7. All pigeon fanciers are welcome for supervision of pigeon collecting, check before entering, entering the cage and release in the release for training. If the race is canceled due to any force majored events or any conflict with relevant regulations of China during the period from pigeon collecting to the commencement of the race, we will refund the entry fee paid by racing pigeon owners to them in time. 8. Before the preliminary, the times of release for training with a distance between 5km and 160km shall not be less than 10-15 times; and the details on the release for taming will be published in time on the official website. 9. Fanciers of Wuhan can make reservations in advance for delivering pigeons. For longdistance fanciers, you may deliver pigeons by air, railway or bus and please inform us by phoneto receive before transportation. You can also leave us the messages on the official website or consult by phone. The entry fee can be remitted to the following designated accounts directly. Please send the remittance warrant to us (International Racing Pigeon Loft of Wuhan Racing Pigeon Association) by fax after remitting.

10. The overseas racing pigeon fanciers should pay equivalent foreign currencies and bear expenses for custom declaration, quarantine and transportation on their own. The copy of the customs and quarantine order must be sent to us loft.
Ⅳ. Racing Methods 1. This race will strictly follow Rules and Judging Law of Pigeon Racing as well as Rules for Pigeon Loft issued by Chinese Racing Pigeon Association. 2. The judges of each event will be delegated by Hubei Racing Pigeon Association and the supervisors of each event will be delegated by Wuhan Physical Cultural Administration, who will be responsible for pigeon collecting, release command and supervision, result review and pre- race verification of lofts and pigeons of each event. This race adopts the GPS electronic pigeonclocks for timing and the ranks will be subject to the flight distance. If the race cannot go on normally due to failure of the electronic system or other force majeure events, the race s organization committee and judge panel will make a final decision in accordance with the rules and regulations issued by Chinese Racing Pigeon Association. All pigeon fanciers can obtain relevant information through the Internet or inquiry by phone. 3. The registration period of the 3rd round is from the homing of the first racing pigeon to 18:00 of the next day. If the quantity of pigeons returning home is less than 100 for the admission ranks during the effective check in period, the prize money will be shared by pigeons entering the cage. If the quantity of pigeons returning home is more than 100 but less than 500 for the admission ranks duringthe effective check-in period, the prize money will be shared by pigeons returning home. 4. If the race is canceled due to any force majeure events or any conflict with relevant regulations of China during the period from pigeon collecting to the commencement of the race, we will refund the entry fee paid by racing pigeon owners to them in time. 5.
